Throne sits under your toilet seat and quietly logs every trip: how often you go, and how many times you got up last night. Stand to pee, and it reads your volume and peak flow too. No diary. No guessing. Just your patterns, ready for your next appointment.
It installs on the rim in seconds. No tools, no plumbing. Fits most standard white toilets with a rim up to 2.25 inches.
2
Throne knows it’s you.
It recognizes your phone, or you press your button. Guests aren’t recorded. Standing? Aim for the center of the water, and Throne reads your volume and peak flow.
3
Get a report card after every flush.
Visits and hydration every time, plus volume and peak flow when you stand, compared with your own normal. Week by week, your peak flow becomes a trend you can follow.
Know your normal. Throne builds a picture of your nights and habits in the background, with nothing to log. If it’s just getting older, you’ll see that. If something’s shifting, you’ll have something real to bring to your doctor.
Making changes
No coffee after noon. Last drink by 7. Less wine at dinner. Log the change in your Journal and see how your nights line up over the next few weeks.
Talking to your doctor
Whatever you and your doctor are discussing, bring 30 days of habits instead of a guess, to every appointment and every second opinion.
Sleeping through the night
Every night without a trip counts too. See how often you sleep through, and what your evenings looked like before those nights.
Walk into your 20 minutes with 30 days of habits.
Your doctor will probably ask how often you go and how many times you’re up at night. Instead of guessing, show them. Throne turns your history into an easy-to-read 90-day PDF, with night and daytime visits, hydration and peak flow, or a CSV of everything. Changes you log in your Journal sit alongside your data in the app.

Throne sorts each recorded stool into four consistency categories that group the Bristol Stool Scale: Hard (Bristol 1–2), Healthy (Bristol 3–4), Loose (Bristol 5), and Liquid (Bristol 6–7). Tracking how the mix shifts across the 90-day window helps you see your personal baseline and the day-to-day variation around it.

Jul 1 – Jul 3048 recordedJul 31 – Aug 2951 recordedAug 30 – Sep 2839 recorded
Each clock shows the times of day when bowel movements were recorded, across a 30-day window. Every recorded movement is drawn as a translucent mark at its time of day, so the darkest spokes are the times where movements cluster. Reading the three clocks side by side shows how the timing of the routine has shifted month to month.

What Throne is, and what it isn’t.
Throne is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Throne is
Throne is a daily record of your habits.
Your bathroom habits, hydration and night trips, as your own patterns over time. Something real to share with your doctor.
Throne isn’t
Throne isn’t a medical device or a diagnosis.
It doesn’t detect or monitor any condition. It doesn’t measure prostate size, PSA, or how much stays in your bladder. It doesn’t replace your doctor’s tests. And it won’t tell you which treatment to choose.
Your safety
Can’t pee, or something feels wrong? Don’t wait.
Call your doctor or go to urgent care.
It sees the bowl. Nothing else.
Throne’s camera points straight down into the bowl. It can’t see the room.
Guests stay private. Without a recognized phone or a button press, Throne doesn’t record.
Everyone gets their own account. Up to six people can share one Throne, each with private data.
Your health information stays yours. Your data is encrypted, and Throne will never share your health information without your permission. You can export your data and request deletion at any time.
Standing? Aim for the center of the water.
Throne reads your peak flow and volume when your stream lands in the middle of the bowl.
Pees aimed at the side of the bowl won’t give accurate flow numbers.
Yes. Aim for the center of the water, and Throne reads your peak flow and volume. Pees aimed at the side of the bowl won’t give accurate flow numbers.
How is Throne’s peak flow different from the test at my doctor’s office?
Throne shows your peak flow as your own trend, for everyday awareness. It isn’t a clinical test and doesn’t replace anything your doctor orders.
Can Throne tell me if I have an enlarged prostate or prostate cancer?
No. Throne is a general wellness product. It doesn’t diagnose or detect any condition. If you’re worried about symptoms, talk to your doctor.
How many times a night is normal to get up?
It varies from person to person. Throne helps you learn your own normal, so you have something real to talk about with your doctor.
Can I share my data with my doctor?
Yes. Export an easy-to-read 90-day PDF summary or a CSV anytime, or show the app at your appointment.
What does the camera see? Who can see my data?
Only the inside of the bowl, and only when Throne recognizes your phone or you press your button. Your data is encrypted, and Throne will never share your health information without your permission. You can export your data and request deletion at any time.
Can more than one person use it?
Yes. Up to six people can share one Throne, each with a private account and their own $6/month membership. The first two members to pair with a device each get their first 3 months included.
Will it fit my toilet?
Throne fits most standard residential white toilets with a rim up to 2.25 inches. It also works alongside many bidet setups.
Is it HSA/FSA eligible? What if it’s not for me?
Yes. Pay with eligible HSA/FSA funds through Truemed at checkout and save up to 30%. Every Throne also comes with a 30-day home trial. If it isn’t right for you, send it back.
Start counting tonight.
