Shipping Availability
- Throne currently only ships within the United States.
- We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Address Changes
- Before Shipment: If you need to update your shipping address, contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible by sending an email to support@thronescience.com. Address changes may not be possible after your order is processed for shipment.
- After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Delivery Carrier
- Throne ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. The specific carrier will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Refund Policy
- Orders are fully refundable if requested before your order ships.
- Returns of unopened product are eligible for full refund within 30 days of shipping.
- To request a refund, contact our Customer Support Team at support@thronescience.com with your order details.
- Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
